"Andrew helped us to sell my parents house in Oakland this year. There were quite a bit of maintaining jobs needed to be done: replacing windows; painting the interior of the house; side walk and sewage jobs; backyard trees trimming and cleanup etc. Due to Covid-19, we were not able to oversee the jobs. Andrew stepped in helping us to find contracts as well as coordinated all the jobs. All the repairing works were done in a timely manner and we were able to put the house on the market quickly. Andrew understands the market, he provided us with good advices, informing us on the progress as well as staying on top of issues.
