Founder

Kathy Pang

I came to the United States at the age of 17 to pursue my studies, working while learning. I majored in accounting and financial development in college. After graduation, I worked for five years in construction management and business and construction consulting. My husband is a real estate agent, and later, by chance, I became a mortgage broker.

Through my work, I gradually developed a passion for real estate investment. I specialize in using loan leverage to provide investors with suitable plans, helping them maximize the profitability of each investment project. I enjoy the challenges of the real estate industry and love interacting with different people and experiences. Along the way, I’ve met many mentors and peers in the field.

In the future, Ramsell Real Estate Inc. will continue to expand financing services for clients and investors, seek more loan solutions tailored to investors, and provide one-stop services for buying, selling, and financing.

Co-Founder

Andrew Fung

Andrew graduated from UC Berkeley in 2004 and is a tenacious real estate professional licensed in California with over 10 years of extensive experience in residential and commercial sales. As a successful realtor and founder, Andrew has a notable track record of selling properties quickly and at top dollar. He excels in managing a high volume of listings and building strong partnerships to meet the needs of both buyers and sellers. His deep understanding of lead generation and management ensures steady business growth.

In addition, Andrew is skilled in training and motivating junior associates, helping them consistently surpass their ambitious targets. He demonstrates exceptional ability in attracting new clients and successfully closing real estate transactions.

Real Estate Agent

Mei (Noelle) Tang

My name is Mei (Noelle) Tang, and I am a licensed mortgage loan consultant and realtor with several years of experience in the industry. I graduated from California State University, East Bay, with a degree in Business Administration.

As a dynamic and self-motivated professional, I have a strong background in accounting, finance, and customer service. My keen eye for detail drives my passion for finding ideal mortgage solutions and dream homes for my clients. I take pride in being a key player in my clients’ journeys toward building their futures.

In addition to my professional work, I volunteer as the Secretary of the San Mateo Metropolitan Lions Club, where I actively contribute to community service and charity initiatives. My excellent communication and interpersonal skills enable me to make a positive impact both in my career and within the community.

In my free time, I enjoy hiking, swimming, cooking, and actively participating in badminton. I frequently join Bay Area badminton events, combining my love for the sport with my commitment to giving back.

John Yu

John, originally from Hong Kong, immigrated to the United States in 1995 and has been proud to call the Bay Area his home ever since. With a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Systems and Business Administration, John has built a successful career in the tech industry spanning over 20 years. Now residing in the East Bay with his wife, mother, and young son, he is channeling his long-held passion for real estate into a new professional venture.
